Junior Business Analyst
We’re looking for a motivated and curious Junior Business Analyst who’s eager to grow step by step, starting with testing and support tasks and developing into a skilled business analyst.
You’ll be guided by an experienced analyst, gaining hands-on experience with real software projects and learning the foundations of both business and system analysis.
What you’ll do in the team:
Dive in to gather requirements, create simple diagrams/prototypes, and map out workflows
Jump into testing, user support, and documentation (Jira, Confluence)
Understand client needs and help shape smart, effective solutions
Take initiative and grow step by step into system analysis and design
Turn complex logic into clear, actionable tasks
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Have some professional experience, or are a recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Have practical experience in software development or analysis (internships, projects, or personal work)
Communicate clearly and work well with others
Are organized, responsible, and complete tasks
Can describe simple processes and create basic documentation
Are ready to start with testing and support, and learn on the job
Speak Estonian and English well, both written and spoken
