5+ years of hands-on experience in software QA
Experience mentoring and guiding QA engineers
Proven track record in improving QA processes and strategy
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and risk assessment
Fluent in written and spoken Estonian
Lead and evolve QA strategy, processes, and quality standards
Drive testing vision and technical direction across teams
Mentor, coach, and develop QA engineers
Foster ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Define and track quality KPIs and drive improvements
Oversee test strategies and contribute to manual and automated testing
Comfortable office in Tallinn or Tartu, with parking available
