5+ years of experience in software QA with strong hands-on testing skills
Experience shaping or improving QA processes, strategy, or frameworks
Previous experience mentoring and guiding other QA engineers
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
Proven experience in establishing or maturing QA processes
Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and approaches
Strong analytical skills in defect tracking, root-cause analysis, and risk assessment
Fluent Estonian
Evolve QA strategy, processes, and standards across product teams
Mentor and guide QA engineers, supporting their growth and day-to-day testing challenges
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Ensure shared understanding of requirements and quality standards across QA, engineering, analysis, and project management
Provide leadership with updates on QA performance and improvement areas
Define and track quality KPIs and use insights to drive enhancements
Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and processes aligned with release cycles
Contribute to manual and automated testing across web and mobile systems
Create and maintain test plans, traceability matrices, and quality benchmarks
Comfortable office in Tallinn, with parking available
