Helmes is looking for a hands-on Lead Generation Specialist to build high-quality outbound pipelines for IT outsourcing services.
This is a hands-on role focused on research, list building, and outreach (not sales or account management).
Develop and execute an ICP-driven outbound strategy, including segmentation, targeting, and account prioritization
Own multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, and event-based outreach) to generate qualified pipeline
Identify and map key decision-makers, ensuring high-quality, validated prospect and contact data
Partner with Marketing and Business Area Leads to translate insights into scalable outbound messaging and campaigns
Track and optimize outbound performance through key KPIs, ensuring CRM accuracy and measurable pipeline impact
2+ years in lead generation / outbound sourcing
Background in IT outsourcing / service-based companies only
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and email outreach
End-to-end ownership of the outbound process (research, list building, messaging, outreach, follow-ups)
Experience with outbound tools (Apollo, Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Reply.io, Instantly)
Solid Excel / structured data skills
Comfortable with high-volume, KPI-driven execution work
Good English (B2+)
