3+ years of project management experience in software development
Experience in leading teams, including the ability to motivate people
Exceptional communication skills
Willingness to take responsibility and complete one’s responsibilities
Experience in managing finances and budgets at the unit level
Very good Estonian and English language skills, both spoken and written
Knowledge and ability to manage Scrum processes
