HR Business Partner

What You Will Do

  • Lead and execute all HR activities in Helmes Latvia

  • Partner with local leaders, employees, Helmes Group on all people-related matters, providing HR guidance and support

  • Drive recruitment and employer branding efforts in the local market

  • Coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, including training plans, employee development

  • Ensure compliance with the Latvian labor law, internal policies, and HR best practices

  • Manage HR documentation, including employment documents, personnel files, and other employee records

  • Support payroll by preparing and validating payroll-related information

  • Participate in salary benchmarking and compensation review processes, including salary surveys and market analysis

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, and workflows to increase efficiency, compliance, and employee experience

  • Support employee well-being, engagement, and retention initiatives

  • Help create an inspiring and efficient work environment

  • Represent Helmes in internal and external HR initiatives

What We Are Looking For

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles (preferably in IT or tech sector)

  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally in HR, but doesn’t have to be)

  • Fluency in Latvian and English (spoken & written)

  • Experience in working with data (Excel, CRM systems, HR Systems)
